Suzuki Canada has been a client of Rebel Trail for over 20 years and has benefited in several areas from our professional web services. Rebel Trail started with Suzuki by developing a fully bilingual and interactive web site featuring their product lines. The website was one of the first to offer a ‘Build your own car’ function which allowed users to select their new car’s options and accessories while displaying custom calculations as to the final cost of the vehicle. The website was also one of the first to use geolocation so that users could easily find dealer locations across Canada. We then went on to build an enterprise level Portal, which unites their 400 dealers across Canada. The portal streamlines such processes as product inventory controls, parts ordering, communications, document libraries, accounting, aptitude testing, and reporting. Tedious and manual order processing was replaced by an online interface in which dealers could instantly order products and parts from a centralized Suzuki database. Invoicing and inventory was streamlined to the online processes which greatly improved both customer response times and dealer satisfaction.
