Rebel Trail has worked with both SickKids Hospital and its Foundation to develop e-mail campaigns for its targeted list of donors and financial backers. Rebel Trail provided SickKids with a number of graphical concepts of the layout and design of each HTML email. Emails were fully personalized with donor profile information being merges in with the regular email content. Once deployed, Rebel Trail enabled full tracking systems to gauge the effectiveness of the emails, which were converted to an online reporting system.
Rebel Trail facilitates e-communications as well as online donations on behalf of the hospital. An e-commerce donation system was established that was dynamically linked to the email. These systems allowed donations to be instantly accepted by SickKids with automated receipts generated for the donor.
